When you rent Crystal Hall as your venue for your event or wedding, there are so many things included! We’ve done our best to make your planning easy and customized.

First of all, here are our most updated rental rates:

Set-Up and Clean-Up

We do the heavy lifting for you! When you book with us, your allotted time rental includes set-up and clean-up, so you can simply plan and show up to your event with less stress.

On-Site Hotel

While your rental fee doesn’t include hotel rooms, Crystal Hall is located inside Palmera Inn & Suites, which is an all-suite hotel on Hilton Head Island.

This makes life so much more convenient for your guests! Easily book rooms for your attendees and avoid the stress of finding another place to stay.

Room and Event Items

Crystal Hall rentals come with use of our 1600 sq. ft Banquet Room and 600 sq. ft Foyer. You have the option of Navy, White, or Gray tablecloths, or you may bring your own additional options.

For seating, we also include 18 x 72 table, two 24x 72 tables, and banquet chair set up and tear down.

Coordinator

Every venue rental at Crystal Hall comes with an On-Site Event Coordinator. Our Coordinators are experienced, professional, and can help with ideas and vendors.

They will help you plan, manage, and execute your event to perfection!

Customization

Your event, your way! This is the beauty of booking your event with Crystal Hall.

We don’t lock you into using anything specific on premises, and you’re welcome to bring in your own rentals and decor items to truly make your event shine.
